RESPONSIBLE FORESTRY

As a paper-based company, it is natural for Duni to care about responsible forestry and paper extraction. Therefore, we carefully examine the source of our primary raw material to ensure that the timber comes from sustainable forests.

Most of Duni’s timber is sourced from Nordic forests. In addition, more than 90% of Duni’s paper material is FSC® certified, thereby guaranteeing that the pulp is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

ECOECHO®-
RANGE

Duni is constantly developing new products with an environmental profile. The work has resulted in an entire range that has been given the name ecoecho®. It includes products made of environmentally conscious materials in order to limit the use of non-renewable raw materials and also reduce the carbon footprint.

For inclusion in the ecoecho® range, the material must satisfy the criteria of resource efficiency, renewability, compostability and responsible forestry.

ENVIRONMENT AND PEOPLE

A committed approach to the environment and people is important in order to develop a strong organization. Employees are our most important asset.

Duni works in a structured manner with an HR program called Dunited. It describes, among other things, the approach to skills and talent development. The vision is to create an attractive workplace which engages and motivates. This leads to better ideas, and ultimately, to more creative innovations.
